The waterproofing system «Carlson's floors» is a solution to the problem of waterproofing roofs and other engineering structures made of cement concrete and reinforced concrete from penetrating
and corroding water.
- Both manual processing with fur rollers and spraying using double-piston airless pumps (mixture ratio 50/50) is possible at an ambient temperature not lower than -5° C. The material is not
allowed to be heated;
- Manual processing allows professional seamless binding of joints. To carry out such work, it is possible to prepare the necessary mixtures in very small quantities;
- The two-component liquid artificial material «Carlson's floors» does not contain solvent. During the reaction, heat is released (exothermic polymerization), accelerating hardening;
- The reaction speed is regulated by the dosage of the amount of hardener. Thus, it is possible to carry out work even at subzero temperatures;
- To reliably control the thickness of the waterproofing layer, laying a special high-tensile strength non-woven fabric «Diolen» is used. Thus, even in critical areas where there is a danger of
cracks forming in the base, a sufficient waterproofing layer with a non-woven fabric in its composition takes on the function of bridging the cracks;
- Waterproofing work may be interrupted for several days. When resuming work, application occurs overlapping, without joints or seams. Adhesion between new and old coating is ensured without
additional primer;
- The composition of «Carlson's floors» is resistant to ultraviolet rays and adverse weather conditions, the top layer is white;
- The waterproofing system «Carlson's floors» is not plasticized. A special modification of urethane gives the cured sealing membrane very good flexibility at low temperatures;
- Very good intermediate adhesion facilitates necessary corrective or repair work with the same material.
